Abstract

As the result of the detection of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the liposomal terbinafine concerning fungal infections caused by biofilms Candіda albіcans it has been found that MIC of the liposomal forms of terbinafine decreased in comparison with МIC of intact terbinafine in 4–8 times. The liposomes received on the basis of egg lecithin and terbinafine were more effective concerning biofilms C. albіcans at increase of concentration of lecithin. Introduction in culture medium of biofilms C. albicans autoinducter of fingis farnesol and liposomal forms of terbinafine led to increase of them sensitivity to terbinafine in 16 times.
