Abstract

The effect of electromagnetic irradiation of terahertz (f = 0,89 THz, P = 1,5 mW/cm2) and millimeter (f = 37,7 GHz, P = 1,5 mW/cm2) ranges on erythrocytes’ lipid peroxidation and theirs osmotic resistance was studied. Blood samples was taken from donors with chronic dermatosis. It was shown that the irradiation’s effect depends on exposition. It was observed the considerable increase of level of malondialdehyde (MDA) during combined influence terahertz and millimeter irradiations for one hour. Content of MDA has not been changed for 30 minutes of exposition. At the same time erythrocytes’ osmotic resistance at NaCl 0.45 % has been increased in 1.7 times.
