DYNAMICS OF MINERAL METABOLISM IN PATIENTS CHRONIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS IN DEPENDENCE ON THE STAGE OF DISEASE

Abstract

In patients with chronic lupus erythematosus in blood serum, erythrocytes, urine and hair of the changes of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, depending on the stage of disease. Violations increase lipid peroxidation in the background of decrease of antioxidant resources, as evidenced by changes in the activity of key enzymes of lipid peroxidation and adenylateand guanylatecyclase messenger system.
