A NEW PHARMACOTHERAPEUTICAL APPROACH TO MEDICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC ECZEMA

Abstract

The results of study of daily allowance biorhythms of hormones (cortisol, insuline) are presented, interleukines (IL) -1β, 2, -4, -6 in the blood of patients with a chronic eczema. It is shown, that therapy by the preparations directed on limitation of stress-reaction (dalargin) and rise of adaptation possibilities of organism (melatonin), normalization of immune violations (groprinosin) is given by positive influence on clinic and laboratory indexes at patients.
