Immunoflam in the System of Comprehensive Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis
Abstract
The article examines the use of Immunoflam as part of complex treatment for atopic dermatitis, described as a chronic recurrent allergic disease involving immune, receptor-related, and psychoemotional factors. Twenty patients received standard therapy combined with Immunoflam in two courses, while 15 patients received standard treatment without this agent. The combined regimen was associated with more pronounced positive clinical dynamics: itching decreased on average by days 4–5 and regressed by day 11, while the skin eruption almost completely regressed by approximately day 20, with slight hyperpigmentation remaining in lichenified areas. In the comparison group, itching often persisted and most lesions regressed no earlier than 1.5 months.Downloads
