Abstract

The article examines adaptive hormone levels—somatotropic hormone and cortisol—in 120 patients with psoriasis in relation to the treatment regimen. Patients were divided into three groups receiving basic therapy, dalargin with amizone, or combined treatment incorporating these approaches. Combined therapy was associated with improved general condition and faster regression of lesions, while dalargin enhanced anti-stress system activity, reduced the stress state, and produced a more pronounced normalization of the endocrine system. The observed changes were systemic and reflected restructuring in the endocrine and autonomic spheres.
