OF IMMUNE HOMEOSTASIS AT CONDITIONALLY HEALTHY INHABITANTS OF THE KHARKOV AREA AND PATIENTS WITH LIMITED SCLERODERMA AND CHRONIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

Abstract

Results of immunologic researches of conditionally healthy inhabitants of the big industrial region, developments testifying to potential threat of immunopathological, including autoimmune conditions are presented. It is certain, that at patients with limited scleroderma and chronic lupus erythematosus, inhabitants of the Kharkov area it is observed expressed Т-lymphopenia with dysbalance of Тlymphocyte subpopulations on background of processes of activation and increased predilection of blood lymphocytes to apoptosis and depressions of quantity of molecules of cellular adhesion ICAM-1 that leads to loss of control Тlymphocytes rather B-cells with the further activation and augmentation of quantity of the last. Rising levels of immunoglobulin G, the CIC and the CIC constant, autoantibodies to DNA is taped. The established changes display activity of autoimmune pathological process and normalization demand.
