LIPID METABOLISM DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH SPREAD DERMATOSES

Abstract

The analysis of lipid metabolism status in 330 patients with spread dermatoses such as psoriasis (222 patients), drug disease (38 ones) and chronic true eczema in acute stage (60 ones) as well as atopic dermatitis (10 persons) is presented. The results of the investigations are to testify lipid metabolism disorders revealed in reliable increase of level of general lipids, phospholipids, primary and secondary metabolites of diene conjugates and malone dialdehyde, medium weight molecules as well as serum biochemical luminescence and phosphorescence intensity increase.
