WAY OF THE ESTIMATION OF SEVERITY LEVEL OF LIMITED SCLERODERMA

Abstract

On the basis of clinico-laboratorial and statistical researches significant informative indicators of weight of the limited scleroderma which reflect complaints, the disease anamnesis, the characteristic of pathological process on a skin are defined diagnostically, clinicolaboratory researches and have a mark estimation. Easy severity level of limited scleroderma is diagnosed at the sum from 3 to 10 points, average – from 11 to 18 and serious – from 19 to 26 that causes statement of the accurate diagnosis and appointment of adequate complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
