Abstract

The article examines the development and implementation of multipurpose automated information systems in dermatology. The systems address the prediction, diagnosis, and prevention of allergic dermatoses; differential diagnosis of common dermatoses; optimization and individualized selection of medicinal products; and prediction of occupationally related allergic dermatoses. The structure of selected systems, including their databases and modules, is described, along with the use of neural networks and a fuzzy expert system. These systems support risk-group identification, occupational selection, and improved effectiveness of complex therapy.
